Yes, as long as all the rules are being followed, the inflatables are very safe.

Will the inflatables harm my lawn?

The grass will be flattened where the inflatable was set up. However, no permanent harm should come to your lawn due to the inflatable. The grass should recover quickly.

How long does it usually take to setup the inflatables and/or games?

Please allow at least 30 minutes for setup prior to the starting of your event.

Is the set up of the inflatable part of the 5 hour rental?

Set up of the inflatable is not included in the 5 hour rental.

When do I pay for the rental?

Payment is due upon us arriving on site to set up the inflatable(s).

What do I do if I have to cancel my rental?

Please contact us as soon as possible in the event you have to cancel your inflatable rental. By doing so, it will make it possible for the inflatable you have chosen to be rented out by someone else.

Do you do out of town rentals?

Yes. However, we do charge for mileage both ways if you are out of town.

What happens if the weather is bad? Or if there is high winds?

If the weather is bad or if there are high winds, we will not be able to set up the inflatable due to safety reasons.

Is the Titanic inflatable a wet or dry slide?

The Titanic is a dry slide.

Is JT's Inflatable Games insured?

Is there any extra charges for the Waterslide or Slip-N-Slide?

Yes. An additonal $100.00 charge for any sprinkler or hoses will be added to the rental price.

Are deposits refundable?

No. All deposits on rentals are non-refundable.

Do out of town rentals require any down payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All out of town rentals require a down payment to book the event. Half down is required to hold the date and time and is non-refundable.
